JINGAH! THE COSTUME DESIGNS

As mentioned in the previous post, the design was divided between my co-designer, Ella Barraclough, and myself. Ella focused on the set designs. Through constant communication we were able to collaborate throughout the pandemic virtually. The end product of set and costume together presents the hard work of both of us.

The Tchacks: rodent-like creatures who sailed to JINGAH, building an industrial land while "tchackapulting" their rubbish out of sight.

The Jingahlings: Creatures local to JINGAH, affected by the rubbish created by the Tchacks, fighting for survival, yet still closer to death than ever before.
